recvd Cayeux 2023. Planted 4 rhizomes in August.
Oct 7, 2023: 1 rhizome in front yard and 1 rhizome in back yard have lots of new growth. 1 rhizome in front yard has some new growth but seems to have paused for the last few weeks. 1 rhizome in back yard has moderate amount of new growth.
April 3, 2024: Rhizomes in front yard look pretty good. 1 rhizome in backyard looks good; the other looks pale and with dieback. I thought it was spring freeze, but probably too wet last fall caused root death. Has severe spring scorch. Will see if it recovers.
Rhizome in back has buds but I don't know if they will bloom.
