I have 2 mature Bougainvillea 'Raspberry Ice" vines and both are considerably larger than listed (guessing 12-14' each). A great vine indeed. So much so that I ordered another one, which I received today.
Although this plant is a dwarf, do not let it get ahead of you as it will try to revert to tall (not as tall as normal bougs but tall). I have 8-10 of these, and when they miss their haircuts, they put on some height (4 to 7 feet). They also tend to throw the occasional long switch that needs to be cut out.
