What is this plant? - Knowledgebase Question

I have 5 of these plants in my yard near my pond.
They are around 5 feet tall with reddish stems and long jagged leaves.
They look a lot like water hemlock but the flower is a tiny orange flower.
I'd like to know what it is and if i should pull them out or even if they are harmful

Swamp Beggar-Ticks (Bidens connata) or a similar species of Bidens.
