Is this some kind of cedar? - Knowledgebase Question

Trying to identify this tree in a garden/park in Portland Oregon. Not a great photo of it, but the bark looks like a cedar and the overlapping needles seem cedar-like as well. Can't find an image of a cedar online that matches my photo though. Appreciate any leads! (First image shows cone and needles. Second show tree shape from a distance. )

Your right ! Its a cedar. Cones give it away.
Insence cedar maybe. I cant make leafs out, to fuzzy on my phone.
