It is growing up from one central point, ie is not clump forming, the hairs near the flowers are very sticky, which made me think it might be a Herb Robert geranium, but I can't see one online with this colouring. It didn't flower in year one, flowered profusely in year two (see photo), flowered a little in year three; I suspect its basically biennial. Stands about 40-50 cms high and around the same spread.
