Hi, I was looking at a tree outside my house today and noticed that quite a few of the lower leaves have scale on them. I've treated scale on smaller succulents but I'm not sure what to do about a tree. Does anyone have any experience treating a plant like this?

The least toxic solution would be Insecticidal soap, I think. Very difficult to do with a tall tree. I use a pump sprayer, but it's not easy reaching the high branches, and you do have to cover up well, when getting under the tree to get the undersides of the leaves. Always spray when cool and no breeze. LOL! Yes, I know, Try early morning.
