Fertlizing Blooming Shrubs - Knowledgebase Question

My azaleas, indian hawthorn & viburnum are in bloom or almost in bloom. Should I wait until after they finishing blooming to fertilize?

If you're using a slow release granular fertilizer you can go ahead and feed now. If you're using a foliar feed (such as Miracid or Miracle Gro) you can wait until after your shrubs have finished flowering. Best wishes with your landscape.
