We have bermuda and St Augustine grass (Dallas, TX). Is this good time to apply pre-emergent? we have purchased LESCO Brand crabgrass pre-emergent (0-0-9) from HomeDepot, yellow bag. Would that be OK to apply now. we did put winterguard fertilizer in early winter season.
Any suggestion to get the green healthy lawn?

I'd use the pre emergent around the second or third week of March. That's about the time the crabgrass seeds will begin to germinate. Your lawn will green up as soon as the weather warms up. Enjoy!
