Hi, I got a bunch of day lily plants. My yard either has all day sun or dappled lite under a tree that gets sun in the PM.Where should I plant them? Thanks Bea

Daylilies grow and flower best with a minimum of six hours of direct sun. Light shade during the afternoon, especially during the hottest summer months, will suit them just fine. Try to plant them where they will receive morning and early afternoon sun but shade from the hottest afternoon summer sunshine.
