My tropical hibiscus got frosted, again, last week. How much should I prune and when?

There's still a possibility of cold weather during the month of February so the best approach is to wait until March to do your pruning. By then you'll see new leaf buds beginning to swell on the stems. Any stems that do not have swollen buds are probably dead and can be pruned away. You can safely prune to just above the new green growth. The remaining stems should produce healthy new leaves. Good luck with your hibiscus.
