My kumquat tree fruited for several years, then stopped. It is planted in ground in full sun & has survived our last snowy winter. How do I make it fruit again?

It may have been set back a bit due to the snowy winter and it's probably still recovering. Expect it to flower and develop fruit next year. In the meantime, just continue to give it good care. Best wishes with your tree.
