That’s all for this week. We’ve covered a lot of the basics, and this will give you a strong foundation for future weeks. (And future courses!) It will be helpful for you to become familiar with new terms and processes; remember that you can always turn to the glossary to refresh your memory.

Next week, we’ll look at plants from a different perspective. We’ll move to the microscopic level and discuss plant cells, including their various parts and functions. Then we’ll devote some time to three very important plant processes: photosynthesis, respiration, and transpiration. Finally, we’ll discuss how plants respond to changes in their environment, and the plant growth regulators involved in this process. See you then!
