Weeds are long-standing enemies of any gardener. And even if no garden is broken on the plot, weeds can thoroughly spoil a beautifully trimmed lawn, turning it into a sloppy field overgrown with grass. Today there are a lot of methods and means of weed control: from traditional folk to "advanced" high-tech. You can choose the tool that will suit you as much as possible. To make it easier to navigate in the variety of different remedies and preparations for weeds, in the article we will give a detailed overview of the most effective ones. Digging
Traditional methods of destruction of weeds, used in agrarian business since ancient times. These are methods safe from an environmental point of view, quite reliable, but require the investment of many efforts and efforts. As a rule, one cannot do without these manipulations, therefore, weeding the beds and digging them in any case has to be performed periodically. Modern methods of struggle in the garden can be found here.

Mulching
Quite effective way, not polluting the soil with harmful substances. Along with protection against weeds, mulching helps to retain moisture in the ground, which also favorably affects the development of plants. You can mulch both with organic materials (sand, sawdust, grass, peat, etc.), and inorganic (covering fabrics). The principle of operation of the mulch is that it blocks the access of light and air for weeds, because of which the weed grass dies, unable to get out.

Herbicides
This is one of the most effective weed control methods today. Herbicides are ideal if the field is thoroughly overgrown or if you need to process a large area. These drugs are divided, in turn, into several types: continuous and selective action, systemic, contact and soil type. Consider the most popular herbicides used today in agriculture.

So, I used these three method and my favourite is the third. Because it time saving.
