This is my petite seedling lilac. The white florets are clear lustrous white with good substance. The buds are light blush pink and pale yellow. The lilac is very fragrant. Thus far, it is less than five feet tall and has not suckered.
This is a sport of Hosta 'Golden Tiara' that I found in my garden about ten years ago. In it's second year, I carefully separated and replanted it. I have made multiple divisions and none have reverted back to the original two-tone. It is a treat to find an unusual delight in the garden. I think the contrast of the purplish flowers and glowing golden lime green is stunning.
This is my second Hosta which has produced a sport.
