Why do my roses look like this? They are not putting out new shoots, just this stuff.

Looks like Rose Rosette disease, no sure, they need to be bagged and disposed.

Has anyone sprayed pesticide nearby where it could drift on to tthat rose? I would guess it's either that or the dread RRD. Do you have that where you live?

So no Round up use in your area? In any case, Ive never had a rose recover from either, unfortumately. What rose is it?

Overlooked that so could very well be herbicide overspray as suggested, that was never answered.

It's possible that there has been pesticides sprayed in the area, there has been a lot of construction. The red rose is an Ingrid Bergman

Did some googling, it doesn't appear that RRD is in Arizona

Then I would wait it out as they could still recover.
