Thread OP

My husband passed January 2020. Our house and acre was more than I could maintain. I purchased a new house to be near to my siblings. I am just now getting around to gardening. Pictures are from peonies I planted years ago. The first two pictures are Chinese Poppies from seeds purchased from Walmarts 2007. The third is a plant I purchased at a garage sale 2007. I believe this is a Peony tree.

This year I ordered seeds online and received this month (May 2024). I can't remember how I started my Chinese Peony seeds, purchased from Walmart back in 2007.

Checking out yard that has been neglected for at least four plus years (when I moved here). The first image is a Chinese Peony, second years growth. I did have several tulips but the squirrels chopped off the buds on all but two that were in with my Rose of Sharon trees. About spent now.

Scroll down and there's information about starting seeds.

Your blooms are lovely!
