Has anyone put much thought into separating the Hibiscus Forum into:

1) Tropical Hibiscus
2) Perennial Hibiscus (e.g., H. moscheutos x)
3) something like Bush Hibiscus for plants like Rose of Sharon
4) any others?

At a minimum, this would allow the Hardy Hibiscus thread to perform like a forum instead of simply like a thread.

Doesn't seem like the forum has enough traffic to split.

Question: Which chemotype of Hibiscus is best to grow for home tea garden? Which has the most nutritional value? Disease free? Thank you!
Dividing the forum sounds appropriate to me.

"Hibiscus sabdariffa is a subspecies best known for its edibility, and it's the hibiscus variety traditionally used to make hibiscus tea".

Last year this forum seemed deader than previous years. I would agree that the traffic is not there. I do kind of wonder where all the hybrid tropical hibiscus fans hang out at though.
