i've purchase some confederate jasmine from Home depot about three months ago. They were doing really well and about a week ago the bottom leaves started turning yellow. now, about six of the nine plants are all yellow on the bottom half. For two weeks we've had rain every day, and I fertilize during this period. Please help

Doesn't sound as though the soil drained very well during the rainy period. I think your plants will recover, but it may take some time. Once they perk up and put out new growth you can prune them back a bit to force growth at the bottoms of the plants. New leaves should grow there once the jasmines recover from the soggy soil experience. Good luck with your garden!
