rose bush wilting - Knowledgebase Question

transplanted 2 knockout roses last week- thought i got a good root ball of dirt. wilting -all flowers died. watered and fed them. should i cut them back or ??????

It's not unusual for transplanted shrubs to show some stress for a couple of weeks. I'd allow them to settle in another 2-3 weeks. Once the roots establish themselves they will perk up. When you see new growth you can prune them back to remove any dead stems and branches. In the meantime, just water as usual. They'll recover in a few weeks. Best wishes with your roses.
