Tuberose bulbs are generally available in garden centers and through mail order or web sites like Parks Seed Company. You can grow them indoors but they require special care. They must be kept warm = 65-85?F, and they need high humidty. Tuberose does best in full sunlight coming from the South/East/West so place the pots in a sunny window.

Plant the 'bulb' so it is covered by more than twice the height of the bulb. Use a good general purpose potting soil and keep the soil evenly moist. Feed every two weeks during the spring and summer with a water soluble fertilizer diluted by half.
After the plant has flowered, dig up the tubers and discard the large ones, keeping the small ones to be planted next spring. If possible put outside for the summer and bring inside when in bloom. To increase humidity, place pebbles or gravel in a tray, set the pots on the gravel and keep a little water in the tray. As the water evaporates it will increase humidity around your plants. Make sure the pot is sitting on the gravel and not in the water.
