| Star jasmine usually does well in the Pacific Northwest but other jasmines can be iffy, depending upon the winter weather. I'd prune off all the obviously dead parts of the plant. If the roots remained alive over the winter months, you'll see new sprouts emerging from the ground in about a month. If the roots did not survive, there will be no new growth. Let's hope for the best! |
