I live in zone 6, and I would like to have fresh tomatoes in the winter. How can I grow them indoors? Does it need any growing light?

Growing tomatoes indoors is possible but very difficult without a greenhouse. You need to provide as much light as possible; strong direct sunlight supplemented with full spectrum "grow lights" would be the best. Keeping the plant in a room with white-painted walls will also help reflect the maximum available light. Good luck with your project!
