I have white spots on my sago palm tree and the leaves are curling and turning yellow. I have sprayed it with a fungicide-didn't work, then a soap mix, as far as I can tell that didn't work either. It started this last summer when we started spraying the lawn for weeds but we haven't done that in about 4+ months

It's difficult to positively identify a plant problem without being able to physically examine the Sago Palm. If you noticed the white spots within a week after you sprayed the lawn, it's possible that overspray caused the spots in the leaves. Once the tissues are damaged, they won't recover and turn green again. Other possibile reasons are sunscald - if water droplets remain on the leaves in the hot sunshine it can burn those areas. Or, mealybug or scale insect feeding can cause white spots. These pests usually remain on the leaf so carefully inspect the undersides of the leaves for bumps - either brown or white. If you find these pests you can pry them off with your fingernail. If you still can't determine just what's going on with your sago, prune off one of the affected leaves and take it into your cooperative extension, Master Gardener Clinic, or well-staffed garden center for help. Good luck with your sago palm.
