I have a passion flower vine growing outside in my garden. I live in Baltimore and it reseeded from last year. It is growing profusely but no flowers. Any suggestions? |
Passion flowers bloom on the new growth of the season and they like full sun and warm temperatures. They prefer deep, moist, well-draining soils with a pH level of 6.0 - 8.0. Soil that is too rich will produce abundant foliage and few blooms. If all the growing conditions are right, you might want to have your soil tested to make sure the pH is within the range your passionflower prefers. Best wishes with your plant! |
