Southwest Community Gardening Conference
Be inspired! Learn how to get your local community garden up and growing at this spring's American Community Gardening Association's Southwest Regional Conference. Experts will cover everything from garden advocacy and building community to the basics of conserving water and saving seed. Events include a Friday night reception at the Desert Botanical Garden and Saturday garden tours. Held Friday and Saturday April 1 and 2, 2011, at Rio Salado College, 2323 West 14th Street, Tempe, AZ. Early registration is through March 1: $135 members; $165 non-members. After March 1, $165 members; $195 non-members. Single day registration is also available.
