Bag Wayward Leaves - for Spring
Fill large paper yard debris bags with all remaining leaves. Put those bags somewhere out of the way-- behind a fence, hedge, garage-- until spring. Out of sight, out of mind for now. Come March, those leaves will have decomposed enough to use in some way in the garden. They will be of a size and texture to suppress weeds and be nutritious under trees and shrubs.
