Italian Silver Rib Chard
This is an heirloom chard that has been grown for many years by Italian cooks. It is favored for its deep shiny green leaves and bright white ribs. The flavor is mild, and the plant produces healthy foliage from April through October. It only needs full sun and well-drained soil to produce a tasty green that doubles as a beautiful border ornamental.
