Crape Myrtle 'Natchez'
Natchez crape myrtle is a large cultivar reaching over 25 feet at maturity. The blooms are pure white and the exfoliating bark creates a beautiful cinnamon/rust with tan pattern. Natchez is resistant to powdery mildew and works especially well trained into a large multiple-trunked tree. Use it to shade a patio or as a feature in the corner of your yard.
Tool or Gardening Product
Reciprocal Saw
A builder's tool in the garden? You bet! Put a coarse-toothed blade in one of the battery-operated reciprocal saws and it works great for making small pruning cuts in tight areas where other saws may not reach. They work fast and are easy to operate.
