Need ideas for using extra garlic? Do you have a garlic lover on your holiday list? Look no further than The Garlic Lovers' Cookbook, Vol. II (Celestial Arts; Revised edition 2005), a collection of recipes compiled by the Gilroy Garlic Festival Association. Gilroy, California, is the self-proclaimed Garlic Capital of the World, and hosts the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival, which boasted an attendance of more than 100,000 people last year. Next year's festival is July 24-26, 2009, in case you want to join the throngs of garlic-lovers there.
