Comfortable Clogs
During the summer months I'm a barefoot or sandals person. But when it comes to certain gardening chores -- especially digging -- being barefoot just isn't practical. That's why I was delighted to find these easy-on, easy-off clogs from Klogs USA. With a toss of the sandal, I can step right into these waterproof slip-ons and be comfortable and dry in the mud and mulch. When I'm finished, I simply step out and hose them off, insoles and all, and go back to my sandals for watering, deadheading or other less-messy chores. It's a happy medium for me. My feet are protected, yet it feels almost like going barefoot.

Because they have felt-covered insoles, the clogs are great for those times when it is too cold or wet for sandals. I also use them for walking through densely planted areas where the occasional stone may be lurking, and for dragging brush into the compost area of my yard where the terrain is a little rough.

The clogs are durable, washable, available in 11 colors and affordable at $60 a pair, plus shipping and handling. For more information, visit the company's Web site: http://www.klogs.com.
