Pollinator Web Sites
For images of a remarkable array of butterfly and moth species, visit the Butterflies and Moths of North America Web site. Organized by taxonomy, it's a challenge for the non-entomologist to use the pages to ID a species since there's no way to search by attributes, but it's still an amazing resource. There's a wealth of information on The Xerces Society's Pollinator Conservation Program Web site, including gardening techniques to encourage pollinators and native bee biology. The North American Pollination Protection Campaign's Pollinator Partnership Web site is another wonderful source of information.
