Project Feeder Watch
Count birds for science. Sign up now for Cornell University's Project FeederWatch -- an annual survey of birds that visit feeders from November to April. Begun in Ontario, Project FeederWatch celebrates 20 years of volunteer bird counting in Canada and the United States. It's simple. Register now to receive a kit from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Then put up a bird feeder and regularly count the birds. Send your data to Cornell's scientists. This Web site also includes information about bird diseases to look for, a photo gallery, and unusual bird sightings.
