The USDA Agricultural Research Service reported in June of 2002 that there is a new product on the market that offers an alternative to peanut butter for those who are allergic to peanuts. Sunbutter is the first spreadable butter made from sunflower seeds that reportedly tastes good. And it goes great with jelly!
