Cornell Gardens and Workshops
Consider a visit to Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, this summer. You can stroll through the Botanical Garden, Arboretum, and various natural areas of the campus. Or join one of the free drop-in tours of the Botanical Gardens every Wednesday and Saturday at 1:00 p.m. through Saturday, August 31.
There are also classes and workshops. I'm tempted by a field trip that will focus on identifying lichens and mosses, on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28, 2002.
