Garlic Thyme at the farm Beagle Ridge Environmental Education Center Where: 1934 Matney Flats Rd. Wytheville, VA 24382 Date(s): Saturday, October 6, 2012 — Saturday, October 6, 2012 Hours: 10am - 5 pm Description: Garlic Thyme- classes on garlic all day Join us for a full day of garlic, the Stinking Rose. Garden tour at 11:00 followed by a Harvest meal featuring Garlic with lots of seasonal vegetables. Lunch available for $9.00 with vegetarian options available. Meal particulars available upon request. Free classes all afternoon including how to choose garlic varieties, how to plant, grow, harvest and cooking with garlic. Registrations required for lunch.

Turn right onto Cripple Creek Rd and go two miles and then turn onto Matney Flats. The road is gravel and full of potholes at first and then it improves after the first mile. Beagle Ridge is 3.5 miles down at the end of the road . You can't miss us.
