1st time herb grower
I have cleared a large area in my garden where it gets little sun. Are there any herbs that will grow there? Thank you so much!!!

Many herbs will grow with little sun, they just may not grow as well. If your area gets 6 to 8 hours of sun a day, you're in good shape. Some herbs that like shade are sweet woodruff, and many mints like shady areas. Pennyroyal, lemon balm, parsley, chervil, and chives should all do well as long as they are getting some sun each day. Thyme, oregano, sweet marjoram, borage, and tarragon might manage all right, as well. Stay away from basils, for they like lots of sunshine.
