jalapeno peppers

yes i live in dallas ft.worth texas and the weather here is hot and humid well anyways i liven in an appt. and i planted jalapenos in pots from seeds and i have replanted them in bigger pots they have grown and have flowers and have had some small jalapenos growing but the next day both of the flowers that turned into jalapenos the stem and all has fallen off and today the stems and leafs are real druppy like its going to die should i water them more or move them out of the sun or what?
