Watering potatoes

Watering potatoes

This is my first time planting potatoes. I've read to deeply water the potato plants, but I haven't found how often they need to be watered. Once a week, once a day, every 3-4 days??? Any ideas?

    If you don't get an inch of rain per week, water.
