Rabbit Foot Fern

Just received one of these beauties as a gift. I never bought myself one for the following reason: How do I transplant it and what type of soil/pot is best for it? Right now it is in a six inch plastic pot. The "feet" are everywhere and I don't even know where to begin without breaking it. Any advise would be much appreciated as I want to do the least amount of damage possible! Thanks.
