am preparing the soil for a veggie garden at a new location--have turned over the soil with a rototiller
my question i have a load year oldhorse manure-- should i spread put over the entire gargen or put it under each plant

    What is the level of organic matter in the garden now?
    If your humus level is quite good you can spread the manure over the whole garden, but if your humus level is fairly normal according to the NRCS you will need to add more than just the manure and spot loading would be better.
