    Ha ha! I can tell you what DOESN'T work. Forget mothballs and dog/cat repellent. Tried those.

    Encourage them to go elsewhere - sounds like a feeble answer but I'm afraid there's not much you can do about this. Soak them with a hose if you can catch them with their pants down.
