Planting bulbs
You can plant spring flowering bulbs any time the soil is workable. The major criteria is whether you can work outside comfortably which affects you not the bulbs. If you can stand being out there planting, go for it.

-I am a newbie at this gardening thing. I have at least a hundred bulbs some of which are sprouting. My problem is its winter and I am not sure if I should plant or wait?
-Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
If they're already sprouting it might be too late, BUT if your ground is not frozen get them in the ground ASAP and hope for a delayed winter. What kind of bulbs?
