Herb of the year?

Herb of the year?
Posted by Lynn from IN on 2002-01-06 23:14:54

Last year I remeber seeing articles about the herb of the year. What is it this year, and what society proclaims it so? There was nothing on the Herb Soc. of America homepage about it. Any ideas?
THANKS!
Lynn

The herb of the year for 2002 is echinacea, proclaimed by the Herb Society of America. Last year it was sage and the year before that it was rosemary.
