ladybugs everywhere!
I am on a college campus where ladybugs have taken over. They get inside my dorm room and fly everywhere. I don't want to spray anything inside, but i want to get rid of them. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

These gals have spent this past winter hibernating inside the walls and with the arrival of warmer weather are moving around. In a short while they will be gone and not a problem but in the meantime a vacuum while get rid of those you can see. Since they are hibernating and their metabolism is low there is not any pesticide that is going to do anything to control them and even if there was you'd end up with a lot of dead bugs in the walls that would attract other, less desireable, bugs that would munch on these. Like the Box Elder Bug and the Leaf Footed Pine Beetle these are really harmless, just a pain as they explore our living spaces to see how we live.
