I don't know if there is any way you can get their color back or not. I have always been told to keep my irises separated from other colors/varieties because they can turn white. Were they planted next to each other?
It's a long shot, but maybe if you separate them for next year, they will revert back to their original colors. If not...sounds like the old gardening tale is true! -

My parents have iris that come up one year purple and the following year white, I know this sounds unusual, and not very helpful. But you may want to wait til next year and see if the color changes each year like my parent's iris. I am not sure if this is normal. Good luck
