Help with 4 O'Clocks!

I started 4 oclocks by seed in my greenhouse this year, and when they finally sprouted they were doing great for a while, but now they are kind of weepy? I don't know what to do for them because I keep finding contradicting information online. Does anyone have any experience with these? Should I be keeping them moist or letting them dry a little? It's hard to tell, but I feel like they are overwatered?
