New Garden - How Much Sun Is Enough?

I'm moving to a different home and I'll be starting my garden from scratch in the new yard. The ideal location in the new yard is bordered on the East and South by a 6 foot privacy fence, and the West is bordered by the garage.

With those three obstacles in place, the garden will receive about 4 hours of direct sunlight per day. I'm wondering if the light-colored fence and garage will provide enough indirect light to compensate for the lack of direct sunlight.

I usually grow a pretty standard garden: tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, onions, carrots, beans, lettuce, cucumbers, etc.
