Starting seedlings indoors

I am wondering, is it too early for me to start planting seedlings in a seedling green house in my home? I get a lot of direct sunlight all day in my home and I keep my house heated at around 72 all day or more. I want to have basic herb plants this year as well as my typical vegtables (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, lettuce, and maybe bell peppers again)possibly annuals too.
