Since these were planted last fall they would not have had much time to root really well and although the best time to transplant any tree is in the fall you could, if you know where you want them to go, transplant them this spring. But you would need to be sure they got the water they need all summer. Any transplanting this spring should be done early, before the trees start to bud. Another option is to wait until they go dormant in the fall and then transplant.
