Moving Trees

I planted two fruit trees in the Fall of last year. I wasn't aware of the fact that gardening would become my life, so their location wasn't as important to me as it is now.
I want to know "if" I can move these 2 fruit trees?
Is there something special that I should do to insure that their transplant is successful?
What season do I need to transplant?
